Setting up appointment automation

 

Automating certain parts of the appointment table can really cut down on the time spent when creating estimates from the appointment list. You can set how many days before an appointment you want Rivet to check eligibility. You can filter out appointment types that you won't be creating estimates on. You can map certain appointment types to service types to create a more accurate eligibility check.

Go to the appointments tab

Click on Automation

Configure what appointment types you want to see on the table and how many days before you want to check eligibility. Setting a fallback provider is recommended incase eligibility does not work for the scheduled provider. 

 

Here are the steps to map an appointment type to a service type.

Choose the appointment type

Select the dropdown and choose the service type you want to map it to. 

Click on Submit
